Terms of service
Last updated: 12 August 2026
This is the agreement between you and doublestack. We’ve kept it short and direct. Read it. If you sign up, you accept it.
Who we are
doublestack is a service operated by doublestack ApS, a company registered in Denmark (CVR 46545680), with its registered office at Michael Drewsens Vej 20A, 1., 8270 Højbjerg, Denmark. When this document says “we”, “us”, or “doublestack”, it means doublestack ApS. When it says “you”, it means the company or person using the service.
What doublestack does
doublestack is a sales argumentation tool for car dealers and OEMs. It analyses product data, market commentary, and buyer context, and surfaces arguments your sales team can use in conversations with buyers.
To build buyer context and learn how you write, doublestack reads email from the Microsoft 365 inbox connected to your account. The full picture, including what we store and don’t store, is in the Privacy Policy.
doublestack is a decision-support tool. It is not a source of truth, not legal advice, and not a substitute for the salesperson’s own judgement. More on this below.
Your account
You sign up with a Microsoft account. Each user needs their own login. Don’t share credentials. If you suspect someone has access to your account who shouldn’t, tell us at security@doublestack.app and we’ll help.
You’re responsible for what happens under your account. If a colleague leaves, deactivate their access.
Your data
You own the data you put into doublestack. We process it to deliver the service. We do not train AI models on your data. We do not sell it.
Source material and output
doublestack analyses third-party editorial content (articles, reviews, tests) that is lawfully accessible online. We process this content temporarily to extract relevant arguments, then delete the source material. The arguments doublestack produces are new texts. Where short quotations are included, they are marked as quotations with the source named.
The output is meant as internal sales support. It is not journalism, not legal advice, and not a guarantee. You are responsible for checking that anything you pass on to a buyer is accurate, fair, and compliant with marketing law in your market. If a doublestack-generated statement is wrong or misleading and you repeat it to a buyer, that’s on you, not us.
What we don’t promise
We work hard to keep doublestack accurate, fast, and available. But:
- We don’t promise the output is complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose.
- We don’t promise uninterrupted availability, though we aim for it.
- We don’t promise that arguments generated by doublestack will win any specific deal.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of doublestack is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses: lost deals, lost margin, lost data that you could have backed up yourself, reputational damage, or anything similar.
Nothing in this section limits liability for things the law says we can’t limit, such as gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Suspension
We can suspend or terminate your access without notice if:
- You don’t pay
- You break the Acceptable Use Policy
- We have reasonable grounds to believe you’re using doublestack to infringe someone else’s rights
We’ll usually contact you first to give you a chance to fix the problem. We won’t if doing so would create further risk.
Changes to the service
doublestack is a working product, not a finished one. We add features, change how things work, swap data sources, and refine the engine. We don’t promise that any specific feature will exist tomorrow. If we remove something significant, we’ll tell you in advance.
Governing law
Danish law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Copenhagen, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
